The Tumunu is the most established restaurant in Rarotonga, started over four decades ago. Tumunu (translated as 'coconut tree' from Cook Islands Maori) is a relaxed restaurant with garden surroundings that features local artefacts and entertaining memorabilia donated by visitors and locals over the years.
With its tropical garden and unique dining room the Tumunu menu features seafood, vegetarian, steaks, chicken and a children's menu. The Seafood Platter for two is a specialty.
Located on the west side of Rarotonga, The Tumunu is approximately 100 metres from the Edgewater Resort.
