Award-winning cultural attraction

The land where Highland Paradise Cook Islands Cultural Centre is located was the homeland to the paramount chief, Tinomana Ariki and the Tinomana tribe. The 600 year-old village was abandoned in the early 1800s with the introduction of Christianity.

Discover the life story of King Tinomana through 'Sunset Show & Feast - Drums of our Forefathers', a unique, entertaining and colourful cultural show and an 'umu' feast, presented by his descendants.

We also offer day tours - Tapuae 'Footprints of our Ancestors.'

The Highland Paradise Cultural Centre caters for weddings and special events.
